We want you to feel as confident in your purchase as you do wearing it. If for any reason your jewelry is not what you expected, Diorra provides a simple, transparent return policy:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (for Qatar orders).

Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with certificates and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made jewelry, engraved designs, and special orders cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
